One operator runs 18 of the casinos in our record
A casino’s “About us” page names a founding year and a games library. It almost never names the company that actually owns the site, and when it does, that name is usually buried in the terms and conditions rather than the marketing copy. We went through the owner field we record for every casino in our database and grouped brands that share the same legal entity. As of 26 August 2026, of the 116 casinos then on record, seven owner groups run two or more distinct brands each — 30 casinos in total, roughly a quarter of our entire record, operating under names that give no hint they’re related.
The headline number
One operator dwarfs the rest. GALAKTIKA N.V. runs 18 of the casinos in our record — Starda, Rox, Monro, SOL, Legzo, Fresh, Drip, Jet, Martin, IRWIN, FUGU, Banda, BEEF, Flagman, Gizbo, Patang, Lex and 1GO among them — every one of them aimed at the Russian-facing market, every one with its own name, its own logo, its own “About us” copy. A player bouncing between two or three of these sites, comparing bonuses or looking for a better payout window, is very likely comparing different storefronts run by the same company. That page is in Russian, since the network sits entirely in our Russian-language catalogue, but the fact holds regardless of which language you read us in: it is, by a wide margin, the largest ownership cluster we’ve found.

What the shared paperwork actually shows
This isn’t a guess about corporate structure — it’s read directly from what each operator states about itself. Sometimes the evidence is unusually concrete. Katsubet Casino and mBit Casino, both owned by Scores55 Tech B.V., cite the exact same Curaçao licence number in their own terms: OGL/2024/1307/0748. Two different storefronts, two different brand identities, one licence number between them — because it’s one licensed entity operating both.
Ownership can also outlast the reshuffling that’s common in this industry. Winz.io’s own terms describe it as previously run by a different corporate entity before Novatrix SRL took over the brand and relicensed it — the storefront stayed the same, the name behind it changed. That kind of history is exactly why we treat “owner” as a field we re-check, not a fact we set once.
Why this matters beyond curiosity
Shared ownership means three things travel together across every brand under that owner: the underlying terms and bonus rules, one identity-verification (KYC) stack that decides whether your withdrawal clears, and one complaint-handling culture. That last point is the practical one. Wonder Play Company N.V. runs two brands, El Royale Casino and Red Dog Casino, and both currently carry a payout-complaints flag under our methodology (a payouts score below 5.5/10) — not a one-off dispute at a single site, but a pattern that shows up at both storefronts the same company operates. A complaint against one brand in a network is evidence about how that operator handles withdrawals generally, not a quirk of the one site you happened to read a review of.
None of this is an allegation that any of these operators are doing something wrong. Owning several brands is not itself a red flag — it’s standard practice across the industry, and several of the networks above carry entirely clean payout records in our checks. What we’re publishing here is structure, not a verdict: which storefronts share one company behind them, so a player can judge the operator rather than just the site skin currently open in their browser tab.

Every ownership fact above is pulled from the operator’s own published terms or site footer, the same source we use for every other fact in a review — it is not an investigation into beneficial owners, shell structures or beneficial-ownership registries, and we don’t claim it is. It also updates as operators do: a brand can relicense, an owner field can change, and a group’s count can shift the next time we check. Each group page states its own most recent check date so you can see exactly how current the specific figures on it are, rather than relying on the numbers in this snapshot holding forever.
